 Today we are going to talk about the most vile word in any language...Chores. No one actually likes washing dishes, mopping the floors, or even washing laundry. Even Cinderella dreamed of finding love so that she might never have to scrub a dirty floor again!

 But most of us are not Disney princesses and even when we find our prince or princess we will still be stuck with sweeping and dusting, it's an unfortunate fact.

I hate dishes myself, in fact, while most girls tidy up their rooms to take pictures and post them to 'Daily Lolita' I don't even bother, my room is a mess most times. I have fabric and books stacked everywhere! and that's after I've cleaned.

 'Chores'...the bane of every princess. But don your rubber gloves ladies! I have found some cute items that might just help chase the cleaning blues away and make the process less agonizing! (at least they helped me ^^; )


First off, let's start out simple. Let's get outfitted for Cleaning! That means an apron.

 Aprons are a great accessory for most Sweet, Classic Sweet, Classic, or Old School styles. It adds a hint of maiden like sweetness and can be styles for just over the skirt, or in a 'bib' fashion in which the apron covers the chest as well.

For dishes and cooking, I recommend a bib apron, though for most anything else, feel free to wear the skirt version.

 Look around for cute styles. I found the one bellow of a site called 'Holly Housewife: Addicted to Aprons'.

I especially like the bow detail on the pocket!

 By simply typing the words 'Vintage, Cute, Aprons' into your favorite search engine, you are sure to come up with tons of different designs! Look around and find just the right one for you.

As for dishes...not much can make that better, but scrubbing your dirt away with a cupcake?
